The service

Sporos is an AI research analyst over public U.S. government records, currently in private beta. Output is generated analysis with citations to primary sources — it is research support, not legal advice, and you should verify load-bearing claims against the cited records (the product is built to make that fast).

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account. Beta access is granted per user and may not be resold or shared outside your organization.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or probe the service's security; don't use it to violate law; don't misrepresent Sporos output as an official government record.

Your content, our service

Your questions, watchlists, and generated artifacts are yours. We store them to your account to run the product (see the privacy policy) and never train models on them. The corpus itself is public government data.

Beta reality

The service is provided as-is during beta: no uptime guarantee, features change, and coverage has documented limits (we publish them rather than hide them). Paid pilots run under a separate signed agreement that supersedes these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sporos is not liable for decisions made on generated output — the citations exist so decisions rest on the primary record, not on us.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with the date updated. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
