The FAA is correcting an airworthiness directive (AD) that was published in the Federal Register. That AD applies to all Textron Aviation, Inc., Model 525B airplanes. As published, there was an error in Table 1 to paragraph (g) of the AD. This document corrects that error. In all other respects, the original document remains the same.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Model BD-500-1A10 and BD-500- 1A11 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of certain fuel transfer float valves failing in the closed position, preventing normal fuel transfer between the center and wing fuel tanks. This AD requires replacing the existing fuel transfer float valves on airplanes approved for extended-range twin-engine operation performance standards (ETOPS). The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
This document announces the acceptance of a means of compliance with FAA regulations for sUA Category 2 and Category 3 operations over human beings. The Administrator finds that ParaZero's "ParaZero Part 107 Operations Over People Means of Compliance," version 1.5, dated February 4, 2026, provides an acceptable means, but not the only means, of showing compliance with FAA regulations.
The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2025-06-01, which applies to all Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Model BD-500-1A10 and BD-500-1A11 airplanes. AD 2025-06-01 requires revising the existing airplane flight manual (AFM) to incorporate the procedures for the flightcrew to manually isolate the opposite functional engine in the event of an engine bleed duct large leak condition. Since the FAA issued AD 2025-06-01, an electronic engine control (EEC) software update has been developed to address the unsafe condition. This proposed AD would continue to require the actions in AD 2025-06-01 and would require installing a certain EEC software update on both engines. This proposed AD would also remove airplanes from the applicability. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
This action denies requests for extension of the reopening of the comment period for the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) titled "Normalizing Unmanned Aircraft Systems Beyond Visual Line of Sight Operations" that was published in the Federal Register on January 28, 2026.

This final rule increases the recording time of cockpit voice recorders (CVRs) from the currently mandated 2 hours to 25 hours for all affected future manufactured aircraft. This action provides accident investigators, aircraft operators, and civil aviation authorities with substantially more CVR data to help determine the probable causes of incidents and accidents and prevent future incidents and accidents. The action will also align the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) regulations more closely with existing international requirements.

AD 2023-11-05 requires revising the airworthiness limitations section (ALS) of the existing aircraft maintenance manual (AMM) or instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA) to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. Since the FAA issued AD 2023-11-05, the FAA has determined that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would require revising the ALS of the existing AMM or ICA for your airplane. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Honda Aircraft Company LLC (Honda) Model HA-420 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of tool damage to multiple locations on the interior fuselage skin fiber and the omission of certain service material from the Airworthiness Limitations Section (ALS) of the maintenance manual. This proposed AD would require incorporating certain material into the ALS of the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. (Pilatus) Model PC-12/47E airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that, during an engine start on the ground, the airplane battery voltage dropped to a value that resulted in an avionic system shutdown. This proposed AD would require incorporating a temporary revision into the existing pilot's operating handbook (POH) for the affected airplanes to provide operators with instructions for an enhanced engine start procedure. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. (Pilatus) Model PC-12 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that the emergency exit door could not be opened from inside an airplane. This proposed AD would require a visual inspection of the passenger service unit (PSU) trim panel for dual lock fastener tapes and modification if dual lock fastener tapes are not installed. This proposed AD would also prohibit the installation of affected parts. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Honda Aircraft Company LLC (Honda) Model HA-420 airplanes. This AD was prompted by the discovery of a gap between the trailing edge wing nut plates and leading edge aileron balance weights being less than the minimum required clearance. This AD requires replacing the affected left and right aileron fixed balance weights with reduced geometry fixed balance weights. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
FMCSA amends the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations to allow States to waive the hazardous materials (HM) endorsement requirement for holders of Class A commercial driver's licenses (CDL) who transport no more than 1,000 gallons of aviation grade jet fuel in support of seasonal agricultural aircraft operations.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH (DAI) Model DA 42, DA 42 NG, and DA 42 M-NG airplanes. This AD was prompted by several reports of passenger door separation from the fuselage. This AD requires revising the existing airplane flight manual (AFM) for your airplane to provide the flight crew with revised operating limitations, emergency procedures, and normal operating procedures; modifying the airplane; and repetitively inspecting the door latching and safety hooks for correct engagement, foreign objects, damage (including but not limited to corrosion and wear that exceeds specified limits), and proper function. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Model DHC-8-401 and -402 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by multiple in-service reports of cracks in elevator power control unit (PCU) brackets (fittings) and the elevator front spar. This proposed AD would require replacing bushings and installing new washers on the elevator PCU arm fitting assembly, installing doublers at the front spar of the elevator structure assembly, replacing horizontal stabilizer rear spar elevator PCU fittings, and applicable on-conditions actions. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2020-14-06, which applies to all Diamond Aircraft Industries Inc. (DAI) Model DA 40, DA 40 F, and DA 40 NG airplanes. AD 2020-14-06 requires replacing affected parts, inspecting the fuel tank chambers, and removing rubber material that has detached from the fuel tank connection hoses. AD 2020-14-06 also prohibits installing an affected part on any airplane. Since the FAA issued AD 2020-14-06, additional affected parts installed during production on Model DA 40 NG airplanes have been reported. As a result, the manufacturer has published updated service material for the Model DA 40 NG. This proposed AD would require the same actions as AD 2020-14-06 and would require updated service material to be used for the Model DA 40 NG airplanes. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA is revising a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that would have applied to certain Honda Aircraft Company LLC (Honda) Model HA-420 airplanes. This action revises the NPRM by updating the referenced service material to a new revision that includes redesigned replacement flap control pushrod assemblies that have been modified to prevent interference with adjacent parts. The FAA is proposing this airworthiness directive (AD) to address the unsafe condition on these products. Since these actions would impose an additional burden over those in the NPRM, the agency is requesting comments on this SNPRM.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Gulfstream Aerospace LP Model Gulfstream 100, Astra SPX, and 1125 Westwind Astra airplanes. This AD was prompted by a determination that new airworthiness limitations are necessary. The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2024-04-06, which applies to certain Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Model BD-500-1A10 and BD-500-1A11 airplanes. AD 2024-04-06 requires repetitive operational checks of the gravity cross flow shut-off valve and, for certain airplanes, a one-time inspection of the motive flow fuel-feed tubes at the clamp blocks location, and applicable corrective action. Since the FAA issued AD 2024-04-06, the manufacturer developed additional corrective actions. This proposed AD would continue to require the actions in AD 2024-04-06 and would require replacement of the saddle clamp, inspection of the motive flow fuel-feed tubes, and applicable corrective actions. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Twin Commander Aircraft LLC (Twin Commander) Model 685, 690, 690A, 690B, 690C, 690D, 695, and 695A airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of fatigue cracking affecting structural components within the fuselage and empennage structure. This proposed AD would require inspecting certain structural components within the fuselage and vertical stabilizer for any evidence of cracks, corrosion, or loose hardware, and inspecting the working fasteners at the diagonal braces of fuselage station (FS) 386 for cracks, elongation, or deformation; and depending on the results of the inspections, replacing with new parts or used parts or repairing, as applicable; and reporting inspection results to the FAA. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Textron Aviation Inc. Model 182Q and 182R airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of damaged intercooler inlet and outlet hoses. This AD requires repetitive visual inspections of the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses for cracks and, at a certain compliance time or if any cracks are found, replacement of the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Model BD-500-1A10 and BD-500- 1A11 airplanes. This AD was prompted by an investigation that showed a change in the feed-through connector O-ring material at a certain frame increased the electrical bonding resistance due to the current torque specification being inadequate. This AD requires electrical bonding tests between the feed-through connectors and the forward side of the bulkhead at a certain frame, and the installation of two electrical bonding plates, as applicable. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Fiberglas-Technik Rudolf Lindner GmbH & Co. KG Model G103 TWIN II, G103A TWIN II ACRO, G103C TWIN III ACRO, and G 103 C TWIN III SL gliders. This AD was prompted by a report of corrosion on the inner sides of the welded steel rudder drive plate. This AD requires repetitive inspections and a one-time detailed inspection of the rudder drive plate for corrosion and water entry and a modification of the rudder drive plate to improve corrosion protection, as applicable. This AD also requires replacement of the rudder if corrosion is found during the inspections that exceed light surface rust. This AD also requires applying additional sealing to the rudder drive plate, which constitutes terminating action for the repetitive inspections. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus Canada Limited Partnership Model BD-500-1A10 and BD- 500-1A11 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by the discovery on the production line that the electrical system harnesses in lavatory A had reduced bend radii, were not properly secured, and did not meet the requirement for clearance from an oxygen supply line. This proposed AD would require an inspection of the sleeve and electrical harness for chafing damage and incorrect installation, and applicable on-condition actions. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
