This action amends the Class D and Class E airspace at Mansfield, OH; and the Class E airspace at Ashland and Bucyrus, OH. The name of the Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport, Mansfield, OH; the name and geographic coordinates of the University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center Heliport, Ashland, OH, and Port Bucyrus/Crawford County Airport, Bucyrus, OH, are also being updated to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database. This action is the result of airspace reviews conducted due to the decommissioning of the Mansfield very high frequency omnidirectional range (VOR) as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program. This action brings the airspace into compliance with FAA orders and supports instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures and operations.

The geographic coordinates for Patuxent River NAS (Trapnell Field) would be updated in the airspace legal descriptions. The reference to the decommissioned Patuxent VORTAC would also be updated in the Class E2, Class E4, and Class E5 airspace legal descriptions. Last, the geographic coordinates for the Patuxent River NDB would also be updated in the Class E2 and Class E4 airspace legal descriptions.

It would also update the legal description for Macon County Airport, Franklin, NC, to reflect the most accurate and up-to-date coordinates. Finally, it would remove the Grace Hospital reference along with the point in space coordinates, as Grace Hospital no longer exists. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Honolulu, HI; and Ellison Onizuka Kona International at Keahole Airport (KOA), Kailua- Kona, HI, by adding an additional layer of Class E5 airspace area extending upward from 1,200 feet above the surface. This action complies with the international laws and treaties, and satisfies the State of Hawaii's domestic airspace requirements. Additionally, this action revokes the portions of the existing Class E5 airspace area 1,200 feet above the surface that extends beyond 12 miles from the shorelines of the Hawaiian Islands into international airspace.
