Proposed Amendment of Class E Airspace; Coeur D'Alene, ID

This action proposes to modify Class E surface area airspace and establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Coeur D'Alene--Pappy Boyington Field, Coeur D'Alene, ID, to support the Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations under standard instrument approach and departure procedures at the airport, for the safety and management of aircraft within the National Airspace System. Additionally, an editorial change would be made to the legal description replacing "Airport/Facility Directory" with the term "Chart Supplement" and updating the name of the airport to match the FAA aeronautical database.
