Anti-reproductive-rights crimes.

Existing law, the Reproductive Rights Law Enforcement Act, requires the Attorney General to direct local law enforcement agencies, district attorneys, and elected city attorneys to provide to the Department of Justice, on a monthly basis, specified information relating to anti-reproductive-rights crimes and to produce an annual report for the Legislature beginning July 1, 2025. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
