Sellers of travel.

Existing law regulates sellers of travel, as defined, and requires their registration with the Attorney General. Existing law includes legislative findings and declarations with regard to the public welfare considerations that require the regulation of sellers of travel. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these findings and declarations.
