The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Montana State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions specifically address sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) emission limits and associated requirements related to the Western Sugar Cooperative facility in Billings, Montana.
