Rules of Organization, Practice, and Procedure

The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking amends certain Commission rules for agency organization, as well as rules of practice and procedure. These amendments are intended to improve transparency of current Commission structure and organizational functions. These amendments also promote efficiency for several internal Commission processes.
