Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Revision to the Regulatory Definition of Volatile Organic Compound

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan (SIP) revision (Revision A23) submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. This revision pertains to an amendment made to the definition of volatile organic compound (VOC) in the Virginia Administrative Code (VAC) to align with the EPA's regulatory definition of VOC.
