Special Local Regulation; Clinch River, Oak Ridge, TN

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a special local regulation for certain waters of the Clinch River. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Oak Ridge, TN, during a regatta from December 12 through December 13, 2025. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
