Access to Information Under the Freedom of Information Act

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee) amends it's regulations in their entirety under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to incorporate changes made to the FOIA by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016. In addition, this document amends provisions in the fee section to reflect developments in the case law and to streamline the description of the factors to be considered when making fee waiver determinations.
