Driver training schools; instructor identification license. Requires instructors employed by a driver training school, when conducting behind-the-wheel training or any other training in which a student of a driver training school is driving or operating a motor vehicle, to display, or cause to be displayed, in the motor vehicle in a location that is clearly visible to the student, his license authorizing him to act as a driving instructor.
