Offenses relating to gift cards; penalties. Creates the offenses of gift card theft, gift card forgery, gift card fraud, and criminally receiving goods and services fraudulently obtained, punishable as either a Class 1 misdemeanor or Class 6 felony depending on the value of all money, goods, services, and anything else of value obtained in violation of the provisions of the bill. This bill is identical to HB 662.
