Requires that the online process a carrier is required by existing law to establish and maintain beginning July 1, 2025, link directly to real-time patient out-of-pocket costs for the prescription drug. The bill also modifies the requirements and reporting timeline of the work group on electronic prior authorization established by the State Corporation Commission's Bureau of Insurance pursuant to existing law.
