Use of Virginia crime code in documents for jailable offenses; Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission. Provides that the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission shall develop, maintain, and modify the Virginia crime codes used in documents for jailable offenses as may be deemed necessary. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission.
