Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to conduct a study on licensure of assisted living facility administrators. The bill requires the Commission to submit a report on its findings and recommendations to the Chairs of the House Committee on Health and Human Services and the Senate Committee on Education and Health by November 1, 2025.
