Tickets, Admission - As introduced, prohibits a third-party reseller from selling or offering for sale a speculative ticket; requires the division of consumer affairs in the attorney general's office to enforce the prohibition; authorizes an individual or entity that believes that a third-party reseller has sold or offered for sale a speculative ticket to bring a cause of action. - Amends TCA Title 47.
