A bill to prohibit funds made available through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act from being used to purchase warehouses, to contract with the owners of warehouses, or to repurpose, operate, staff, or maintain any warehouse owned by the Department of Homeland Security for the purpose of detaining noncitizens.
