An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in preliminary provisions relating to marriage, further providing for definitions; and, in miscellaneous provisions relating to marriage, repealing provisions relating to marriage between persons of the same sex.
