Appropriates certain monies for capital improvements to the Kew Gardens, Lefferts Boulevard bridge

Appropriates $2,000,000 for capital improvements, including but not limited to structural and full remediation of the outside wall of the Kew Gardens, Lefferts Boulevard bridge.
