Relating to residential care and services for the developmentally disabled; to amend and reenact sections 25‑16‑01, 25‑16‑02, 25‑16‑03, 25‑16‑03.1, 25‑16‑04, 25‑16‑05, 25‑16‑06, 25‑16‑07, 25‑16‑08, 25‑16‑09, 25‑16‑12, 25‑16‑13, 25‑16‑14, 25‑16.1‑01, 25‑16.1‑02, 25‑16.1‑03, and 25‑16.1‑04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to developmental disability, residential care and services for the developmentally disabled, and receivers for developmentally disabled facilities; to repeal chapter 25‑18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to fee for service ratesetting for developmentally disabled facilities; and to declare an emergency.
