An Act relative to adding four additional liquor licenses to the town West Springfield

By Representative Finn of West Springfield and Senator Velis, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4155) of Michael J. Finn (with the approval of the mayor and town council) that the city known as the town of West Springfield be authorized to grant 4 additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises in said town.
