"Ellaville-Schley County Parks and Recreation Authority Act"; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to create the Ellaville-Schley County Parks and Recreation Authority and to authorize such authority to provide recreational services throughout Schley County; to provide a short title; to provide for audits; to provide for funding; to authorize employment of officers, agents, and employees; to provide for construction of this Act; to provide for conveyance of property upon dissolution; to provide for related matters; to provide for activation of the authority; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
