A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public assistance, so as to provide for a public option buy-in program to provide healthcare coverage to individuals not eligible for Medicaid coverage or enrollment through a health exchange; to provide for definitions; to provide requirements for the program; to provide for any necessary state plan amendments or waivers; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
