A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to torts, so as to provide for a cause of action for appropriating an individual's indicia of identity; to provide for a right to protection against the appropriation of an individual's indicia of identity; to provide for assignment or licensing of such right; to provide for damages; to provide for other remedies; to provide for exceptions; to provide for definitions; to provide for statutory construction; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
