A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 14 of Title 44 and Chapter 4 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to mortgages, conveyances to secure debt, and liens and tax sales, respectively, so as to provide for debtors in foreclosures to receive certain information and forms in a notice of foreclosure; to provide for tax sale notices to comply with foreclosure notice requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
