Judicial Council; funding for civil legal services to low-income individuals; create grant program

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Judicial Council, so as to create a grant program for the purpose of providing funding for civil legal services to low-income individuals; to provide for eligibility criteria and standards; to provide for the council to establish the grant amounts; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
