A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state employees' health insurance plan, so as to provide for certain retiring county officers and the spouses and dependents of such officers to be included in certain county health plans; to provide for definitions; to provide for the payment of premiums; to provide for a formula to ensure savings are preserved; to provide for contracting with the Association County Commissioners of Georgia; to provide for reasonable fees; to provide for termination and reinstatement; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
