Thomasville, City of; excise tax; expenditure of certain proceeds; revise provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to authorize the governing authority of the City of Thomasville to levy an excise tax pursuant to subsection (b) of Code Section 48-13-51 of the O.C.G.A., approved April 27, 2016 (Ga. L. 2016, p. 3799), so as to revise provisions related to the expenditure of certain proceeds of such tax; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
