A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general authority, duties, and procedures of the Department of Administrative Services in state purchasing, so as to provide a post-employment restriction for state employees involved in state purchasing; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
