A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 7 of Chapter 5 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to commercial drivers' licenses, so as to provide standards for liability of an employer or insurance provider for actions relating to a commercial vehicle driver; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
