Local government; prohibit use or ignition of consumer fireworks in proximity to certain facilities housing equines; authorize

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 25-10-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to prohibited fireworks activities and application of noise ordinances, so as to authorize local governments to prohibit the use or ignition of consumer fireworks in proximity to certain facilities housing equines; to provide for special event permits; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
