A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Department of Administrative Services, so as to provide for preferences in certain public works construction contracts to a contractor or subcontractor participating in a registered apprenticeship program; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
