Education; promise scholarship accounts; require participating schools to prepare school safety plans that meet certain requirements

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2B-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to requirements for participating schools, responsibilities of education savings authority, prohibited requirements, and agency not established, so as to require participating schools to prepare school safety plans that meet certain requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
