Crimes and offenses; sexual exploitation of children; expand limitations to include Division of Family and Children Services

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-12-100 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to sexual exploitation of children, reporting violation, civil forfeiture, and penalties, so as to expand limitations to include the Division of Family and Children Services; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
