A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 7 of the O.C.G.A., relating to financial institutions; to amend Chapter 6B of Title 10 of the O.C.G.A., relating to Georgia power of attorney; to amend Code Section 15-9-127 of the O.C.G.A., relating to concurrent jurisdiction with superior courts and probate court jurisdiction; to amend Title 19 of the O.C.G.A., relating to domestic relations; to amend Code Section 24-12-21 of the O.C.G.A., relating to disclosure of AIDS confidential information; to amend Title 29 of the O.C.G.A., relating to guardian and ward; to amend Code Section 31-10-9 of the O.C.G.A., relating to registration of births; to amend Code Section 43-34-37 of the O.C.G.A.; to amend Title 44 of the O.C.G.A., relating to property; to amend Code Section 51-4-2 of the O.C.G.A.,; to amend Title 53 of the O.C.G.A.; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
