A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 3 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to authorization and general requirements for transaction of insurance, so as to provide for a benefit provider to disclose certain payments to a treating healthcare provider; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
