Muscogee County; Superior Court; salary of the clerk of superior court and the chief deputy clerk; change provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act establishing compensation for the clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, approved February 6, 1952 (Ga. L. 1952, p. 40), as amended, so as to change the provisions relating to the salary of the clerk of superior court and the chief deputy clerk; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
