Georgia Local Government Finance Authority Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local government, so as to provide for comprehensive regulation of local government assets financing; to provide for a short title; to provide for legislative purpose; to provide for certain tax-exempt status of the authority, the authority's property, and the authority's activities; to provide for cumulative effect of the foregoing; to provide for liberal construction of the foregoing; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
