Trade Impact Transparency and Accountability Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state government, so as to provide for a certain reporting framework; to provide a short title; to provide for a purpose; to provide for definitions; to provide for quarterly and annual public reports; to provide for public hearings; to provide for an advisory panel; to provide for confidentiality of taxpayer information and propriety business data; to provide for construction; to provide for a sunset date; to provide for an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
