A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 17 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding notaries public, so as to provide for notarial acts to be performed using electronic means when certain requirements are satisfied; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
