A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 6 of Chapter 6 of Title 32 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to regulation of maintenance and use of public road relative to public utilities in general, so as to provide for procedures and remedies when a highway improvement project is delayed due to the removal, relocation, or adjustment of utility facilities; to provide for damages; to repeal provisions relative to mediation boards; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
