Electrical service; require new data centers to operate as hybrid power data centers

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 3 of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to electrical service, so as to require new data centers to operate as hybrid power data centers; to provide for certification by the Public Service Commission; to provide for enforcement; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
