A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the O.C.G.A., relating to public assistance, so as to provide for the Department of Community Health to regularly and systematically review information from certain sources to determine and verify eligibility of Medicaid recipients; to provide for related matters; to provide for a state plan amendment or waiver request; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
