Property Insurer Financial Strength Ratings ; Requires certain annual insurance reports prepared by OIR for Legislature & Governor to include financial strength ratings of property insurers against which delinquency & similar proceedings were instituted; requires office to maintain & make available upon request information relating to financial strength ratings of property insurers.
