Affordable housing.

Existing law provides in the Legislature's findings and declarations that it has provided reforms and incentives to facilitate and expedite the construction of affordable housing, as specified. This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would address the state's severe affordable housing shortfall.
