Political Reform Act of 1974.

The Political Reform Act of 1974 imposes various requirements and limitations with respect to the conduct of public officials, campaign expenditures and disclosures, political advertisements, lobbying, the ballot pamphlet, and other aspects of political reform. This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact future legislation relating to the Political Reform Act of 1974.
