Existing law, the Chiropractic Act, enacted by an initiative measure, provides for the licensure of chiropractors and registration of chiropractic corporations, as well as the regulation of both, by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Existing law requires a chiropractic corporation applicant to supply to the board all necessary and pertinent documents and information requested by the board concerning the applicant's plan of operations. Existing law authorizes the board to provide forms of application for these applicants. This bill would instead require the board to provide forms of application to chiropractic corporation applicants.
