Existing law establishes the Department of Parks and Recreation in the Natural Resources Agency, under the control of the Director of Parks and Recreation. Existing law defines "department" as the Department of Parks and Recreation and "director" as the Director of Parks and Recreation for purposes of the law related to the organization, authority, and duty of the department. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to those definitions.
