Existing law establishes the Office of Civil Rights, under the administration of the Government Operations Agency, with the purpose of working directly with school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to prevent and address discrimination and bias, as described. Existing law requires the office to engage with and seek advice from specified coordinators on actions implemented by the office. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the latter provision.
